Welcome to AlphaCare Therapy!
Innovative care. Inspired by you.
Thank you for choosing AlphaCare! Here are some things to note as we are in the process of opening our clinic:
Direct Billing
- We now offer direct billing for ICBC.
- We CAN bill majority of extended health benefits.
- We do not offer WorkSafeBC / WCB Claims direct billing. If you would like to use these claims, we can provide you a receipt and you will have to submit it manually.
- Due to us being a brand new clinic, some of our practitioners are unable to direct bill certain insurances. Please ask us ahead of time whether they are able to direct bill or not!
Thank you for your patience!
Visits
- Please prepare one piece of government issued ID and your insurance card for billing purposes! Please note that there may be issues not on our end that may require you to submit manually for secondary insurances. This may require us to collect the full payment for your visit.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice without a late cancellation fee.
